My husband has stuff going on with his back so he needed the hard board but me I did it and the day that she remove the board I end up getting bit by what I know is bedbugs, so I have bedbug bites on my arm Which is crazy because she really didn’t want to remove that void from my side as if she knew, bedbugs was on that mattress by I had to I spent majority of my time at guest relations, trying to get my room together and get things resolved. My bed was hard I requested for the board to be removed from my side. I had to deal with my toilet not flushing on top of that. My toilet was broken TV didn’t work room was hot requested a fan didn’t get it till three days later toilet was broke wouldn’t flush was not fixed at all.
